The Bodyguard is one of the most popular romance films from recent years, and the West End musical version is entertaining audiences by bringing the story to life all over again.
The film famously features hit songs performed by Whitney Houston, who tragically passed away nearly two years ago. This new musical is a lovely way to honour her memory.
The performances are spot on and while nobody could truly replace Whitney in the role, the stars of the musical give it everything they’ve got! If you’re a fan of the film and haven’t yet seen this musical version, get down to the Adelphi Theatre on The Strand and prepare to be blown away.
