Just off of Oxford Street, is this gorgeous and friendly two level Italian restaurant, compromising of fresh pizza, pasta and salad, which are made directly in front of you. The concept of this restaurant is to bring Italy to you.

Vapiano first opened in 2002 in Germany and has a chain of locations covering more than 30 worldwide and another 100 ongoing in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

The Vapiano in Oxford Street is a casual and relaxed restaurant and is ideal for lunch if you work close or out and about with friends.

The thing that makes place so different from others is the exclusive style of how you order and pay for your food. Before choosing your seat you are given a chip card that allows you to select any food or drink at your selected station. You pay for your food just before you leave using the chip card as a receipt for the staff to calculate the bill. This idea is to make eating out a lot different from the other and to get the customers involved.

Don’t be alarmed if you get a shock at the pricing, as this place is superbly cheap ranging from anything as low as £6.75! Drinks are on average £3.50 for wines, spirits and beers.

Vapiano is well worth a visit, if you like Italian food with all the trimmings and a great vibe then you sure will have an experience to share.
